FAQ
Is it one subscription for everything?
Yes. Geppetto Pro is a single plan on your Geppetto account; every tool we ship reads the same subscription. New tools join it at no extra cost.
Who bills me?
Polar, acting as merchant of record. Your card statement and receipt come from Polar, and Polar's own terms govern the payment transaction.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account (Manage billing) or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. Details in the billing, cancellation and refund policy.
What is the refund position?
Statutory rights come first, always. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except as set out in the refund policy.
What about taxes?
Polar, as merchant of record, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. Prices shown here are exclusive of tax.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars; in India, checkout presents ₹2,500 per month or ₹25,000 per year. Any other conversion is handled by your card issuer.
